I read the other day that Arsenal are apparently after Delap and want to sign an older, more experienced striker too. Can't see Watkins wanting to be competing with arguably the best young striker in the league.

He still has to go some to catch up Walker, Waring, Hampton, McParland, Dixon, Devey, Bache, Houghton and a few others.
Having said that he will be top scorer 5 seasons in a row. Only Hampton beats that with 6 before WW1. Ollie can draw level with that next season.
