We’ll win next Sunday. Football is funny like that.
Not a chance....

The reason we concede so many shots is that Marvellous is the Emperor’s New Clothes of a player.  Provides zero protection just in front of the defence.  And fuck all going forward.  He didn’t want the ball today.

I haven’t watched the last vid posted that (I’m guessing) contains comments from Lescott.
The day has been bad enough without listening to that fucking waste of skin having his say on anything Villa.

We are very poor. Players are not good enough for a tough premier league season. Some games we look good, but far to few. Today was an embarrassment. We needed experience on the pitch and in the dugout. We got neither, bar Heaton. A bad experiment, hopefully we stop up. I’m very worried. Maybe get rid & give to Terry for the rest of the season. I don’t believe we are stopping up.

We're "Doing a Fulham".

We’re now out-Fulhaming Fulham in the Fulham stakes.

I hate everything... I am going to bed.
Don't have a hate wank.

This made me giggle. I'm such a child.  Great gallows humour.

In the main we've given a good account of ourselves & the players look motivated against the top sides. Spurs home & away. Liverpool at home. Man Utd / Arsenal / Leicester CCup.

Away from home we play like today more often than not. We know they can do it. So the question is why they can't be motivated for games like today?

Our away support does far too much beak is a conclusion I've drawn. There can't be another away support so ready to knock lumps out of each other.

He’s just not the player we need there. He’s busy, can get a foot in and and has decent enough passing but what we need there is an insanely athletic unit who never has a bad game, and he’s not that.

And given that he’s a one game on/one game off player that dean doesn’t seem to fancy that much, the fact we have zero cover for him reeks of the kind of thick as shit making it up as you go along incompetence that we as a club have perfected.

I said back in August that our season would be defined by how we did against, amongst others, the south coast trio.  Well that's now Brighton and Southampton who've done the double over us.

Do you mean Bournemouth and Saints?

Is what I meant.  Sorry.

The themes this season have been:

1. Playing well against the better teams, but losing due to poor management and naivety.

2. Playing badly against poor teams and losing because we’ve played shit.
