Personally I'd try and improve the press second half, give Trez the ball.

Can he play the false number nine?

We got a fair few playing false 1-11.

In a team of utter shite, Hourihane shines as the shittest by a mile

Conor is vital to our team because of his deadball threat. It's pointless playing him today as we've shown no desire to play in the opposition half, nevermind getting close to the edge of their box.

Today just confirms for me that sadly Dean is so out of his league. The gulf between the Championship and the PL is massive and unfortunately, even with all the money we've spent, does hide the fact.

Having some trouble with accessing this thread now!

The first half highlight; this thread. Thank you to everyone for the gallows humour. I think we need it on a bleak night such as this.

The first half low point: missing the 4th goal as our toddler had left a potty full of steaming shit in the hallway. And realising whilst dealing with it that actually it was better than watching the first half. Only to come back and realise they’d scored again.

Only 45 minutes of this left. What’s the worst that could happen?

Smith is a disgrace for making such a diabolical team selection. How can you make such a decision on playing Drinkwater who has not played many games in the last three years and expect him to be up to match speed?

No excuses.

If our play started to look pedestrian this would represent an increase in energy levels. Pathetic .

I find it incredible that no changes have been made by the look of it.

It's unbelievable. Embarrassing management.

Dean Smith isn’t getting fired. This is it. We will either find a way out of this or get relegated with him in charge. And I doubt he will ever admit it’s anything to do with him or his fault.

Yes it's too late now. The owners took a massive gamble after Watford.

Fenandinho booked, we've got them worried!

Maybe he wasn't booked, they're still worried though.

No changes

Which is what we expect. Smith puts his head in the sand and hopes for the best. The only good thing to come out of this is for them all to shout each other at the next training, and see if they can find some balls, and maybe other leaders out there. But I doubt it.

Smith said that Drinkwater told him that he was up for a fight. Words  are cheap.

We're not the first and won't be the last to be on the end of this. But fucking hell I hope it stops happening so fucking often.
You've got your work cut out for you today Drummond.

Meaning what exactly?

Real your neck in and quit trying to wind me up.

In a club over a lass maybe.
