No surprise the BBC are trying to make Watkins comments as a thing against Villa both on MOTD and on the website as the lead angle. He was stating it in a joking manner in the same way the question was asked by Redknapp.
Just the BBC trying to throw petrol onto the Watkins to Arsenal fire

Dutchie is a cooking pot. The original song the sampled/stole from was Kouchie, which is cannabis.

It's safe to say Rory's street cred has just taken a bit of a bashing. :(

Weirdly, I know the song, I just couldn't get my head around the 'Geordie' bit. That's so bad it isn't really a pun at all.

Agreed, even I wouldn't have bothered with that one.

I didn’t think MOTD were trying to make it something against Villa, just it was unusual to hear it - which it is.

No one seems to want to talk about it or even show it on highlights. I suppose in the end it didn't have a bearing on the game but still....

Hindsight, but I'm glad he didn't get sent off. No excuses for them.

Mbuemo and Wissa are really good players. They gave us a hard time this time last year IIRC

Mbuemo and Mitoma would be high on my shopping list.

Palace justifiably raging with the inconsistency there. That is pathetic refereeing.

mitoma is a media creation: on the pitch he is very in and out.
