He's still there, 50 not out, but the Bears are struggling at 120-5 admittedly in bowler-friendly conditions.

Belly didn't get beyond 50 and we're now 159 for 9.  Bearing in mind we won't have Bell, Jeets and Ambrose from next season it's worrying.

The Shire’s game against Northants was abandoned at lunch on the first day.

A non-travelling member of the Northants squad has tested positive

Had had contact with other players in the 48 hours before he developed symptoms

This also means that Jeremy Lloyds’ 40 year career in cricket (15 as a player and 25 as an umpire) has come to a premature end.

Players had given him a guard of honour as he walked onto the field at start of play.

Lucky they didn’t wait till day 4 to do the guard of honour!

Looked like the weather might be the Pears' biggest enemy but a batting collapse sees to it that they've only themselves to blame. Did think Somerset would be too good and it's looking at that way now.

Belly's into his final first class innings, currently 43 not out off 45 balls.  If a ton would be too much to hope for then a brace of 50s in his last game wouldn't be a bad way to bow out.

It is streamed on the internet too. He has played very well so far.

Good that the two teams with 4 wins are in the final.

Hopefully this will be televised

A good win for the Bears tonight against Glamorgan .Must admit i thought they had blown it when they could only reach 142 .This spinner Lintott is turning out to be quite a find ,along with Bresnan bowled really well tonight
