Pretty much a freebie passage once the Brighton team was announced. Was expecting them to make some changes like all teams but that was virtual youth team out there.

Still had to be beaten and aside from bit of a struggle after they scored was pretty comfortable. Hourihane must be really pushing for a start on Saturday now.

Think is with Hourihane, is he played tonight in the position that either McGinn or Grealish will occupy to Saturday - so for him to come in on Saturday it would require a rethink from Smith, which I just can’t see happening.

If Smith was going to change formation it would have been tonight. Result aside, thats really worrying.

Conor for me has to come in. He scored one and set up the other. He offers something going forward.

On current form, aye.

Difficult to bench him after that performance.
