Posted on a Villa WhatsApp group that are watching it. FFS, that's what I get for listening English Villa fans. >:(

I am a little perturbed by your use of are in there, would you like to take this opportunity to revise it?

No. ;)
That’s it, I am done with you. Don’t you dare come knocking on my door when you can’t find a bed to sleep in Athens🙅🏾

What more does he need to do? I mean, it doesn't need a move to Madrid or Manchester because a frickin' Spammer started for them and Fulham player came on.

You have to love his attitude when he does enter the pitch as shown in the beginning of that clip. Full of confidence with a bit of swagger or how would you describe it you better with English language than me? Unai s influence good for him also I think though seems Douglas have never been short of confidence. That said its nice to notice that his temper seldom seems to take the better of(f) him.

Quality player when he gets turned on the ball. Has a nice turn of speed too to ride tackles and excellent at passing the ball. He's the best midfielder we have had in years.

It's really not ideal for us if players think they'll have far more chance of call-ups if they move to Man U etc.  I take the point on Paquetá, but I can't imagine Luiz not starting if he was at Arsenal, Spurs etc.  Hopefully, the Emery era will smash that ceiling down for our players.

Douglas Luiz might be prepared to stay at Aston Villa on the condition that they make it to the Champions League next season.
According to Ben Jacobs on Caught Offside, Douglas Luiz could stick with Aston Villa on the condition that they qualify for the UEFA Champions League.

Must be true if it's being reported by THE Ben Jacobs.

Can we wait to see what, if anything, he's actually said before deciding he's decided he's too good for us?
