Such a I don’t give a fuck anymore bell end answer

To be fair to him, TV, we don't know what has been going on behind the scenes. Maybe Gerrard has been begging Purslow to secure Luiz's future.

Even if that’s true you keep that behind the scenes Rory. I think he knows it’s over

Yeah maybe, but I wouldn't particularly blame him for thinking about how he'll explain things to his next employer. He's done here, clearly.

I don't think Talksport really give a monkey's about this sort of thing.

David Ornstein, who is to Arsenal stories as John Percy is to Villa ones, unfortunately, posting Arsenal pushing really hard to sign him today.

What's the shock? We've had months to sort out his deal ffs or sell him early this summer if he didn't want to sign.

Bit naive if we thought he was staying just because he's in love with Lehmann. She could easily leave end of the season aswell.

Pretty amusing to think he's content with being McGinn backup when he'd have probably started for Arsenal last night given they have a few injuries in midfield.

Not bothered if he stays or goes.
We tend to garner more points with Nakamba, anyway.

Apparently he "wants to go" according to Talksport, though the club say he's not for sale.

He's off!

It was funny last night, as the first corner he took before scoring direct was one of his more usual fail to clear the first defender crap ones. Then he goes and thunder bastards it straight in.

Apparently he had agreed a deal and changed mind , I suppose not starting games whilst watching us lose will have that effect.

yes agreed, anymore with a brain could have worked that out, someone needs to be held accountable for recent actions

I rate Luiz but I'd let him go today. It's a real pity he never showed his potential consistently with us. No guarantee he will elsewhere either.

I like Doug, but if he’s had enough best to ship out now and not keep him around. Leaves us short in the middle though especially with Sanson out in the cold and our skipper not at the races.

Can’t blame him for wanting to go. He’s been here for a while now and we’re going backwards.

Theres a better player in there than we have seen. If he has the right attitude

That's exactly how I feel. We've failed him in his development, in defining his role and moving the club forward with him as a focal point.

He's got every right to explore his options with (apparently) multiple clubs in Europe interested.

Of course he wants to go, you can see it the body language of the players, it's not a happy camp and he's got the chance to leg it. The manager claims he can't do much about it? Try making it a half decent place to work and players like Doug might think twice about leaving.

And right manager/coach.
