Do we think he meant it?
Yes; because his next corner was taken in exactly the same manner, which needed a clearing punch from their keeper.

Do we think he meant it?

Given there's a video doing the rounds of him doing the same thing in training the day before, I'll say pretty obviously yes.

Yes,  on evidence of doing it 3 times in 2 days,  including twice in the match,  I guess he meant it.  He's a very good footballer,  I'd love to see a fully confident version of him.

I didn’t think he meant the one in training because it looked like there were a bunch of players in the box so it looked like a normal corner drill. Fair play if he did, takes some skill. I’m a fan of his and want him to step up because he’s always looked like he has a lot of potential..

He did it at Walsall less than two months ago.

As has been said, if Beckham had done it, people would have been pulling their pudds to it.

Especially as there is the twitter footage of him doing it 24hrs earlier

On another note recently the rumour was that he has resigned - if so why have we not announced it?

4 year deal agreed if you believe the rumours and the suggestive tweet by the club. To be announced soon.

Good news if confirmed.

That's the midfield signing sorted. ;)

Good. He was good the other night, I’d have him in instead of McGinn.

Not a great fan of Dougie but we probably need him as SJM continues to disappoint.

Ramsey looks our best current centre midfielder. And people expected top half. Wow.

Luiz is another really ordinary player. I’d rather we sold him.

He’s just turned 24 - I think it’s a good thing to keep him. There are plenty of midfielders who develop plenty late into their 20s.

If we hadn't brought in Kamara to play 6 I'm sure he would've left. Knowing he can now compete for his natural position I think he will be better for us on all fronts. At the moment, I don't think there is anything SJM does better than Doug. He should be given a fair chance in the midfield 3 with Coutinho and JJ.
