I've never seen a Brazilian in the flesh so he might well become a kind of cu*t hero :)

Looks like he'll be missing for the month of January as he's been invited to represent Brazil in their Olympic qualification games, the CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament in Colombia. Game are from the 15 Jan to Feb 2nd.

Didn't see it today but sounds like he grew into the game and did well so at least that's a positive to take from today.

Did well after his fuck up, dummying the ball where he did was crazy but looked good once he settled down.

With a few more games he'll be a big asset. Looks classy on the ball. Shame about the aberration when he did that step over. Will get much better - shame he missed all the friendlies due to the work permit and passport issues.

Think that's one of the frustrations of transfer window, DM key position for us yet the two we signed we couldn't get involved from start of pre season.

Grew into the game after his fuck up. He has a strange knack of looking like he’s about to fuck up again but recovers. Looked strong and distributed the ball. Shame he doesn’t have much in front of him to pass to. Also an excellent goal on his home debut.

Will get better and better. Unfortunately I expect Man City to exercise their buyback clause in the summer!

It's funny because during the shooting drill during warm up half hour before the game I was watching him and his shooting was horrendous, I said to the bloke next to me he's definetely a defensive midfielder aint he looking at these shots lol

Maybe it was a total one off strike maybe not, time will tell.
