Superb! Really excited about this fella. He looks like the perfect fit to sit behind our free flowing midfielders and in front of our ball playing defenders.

If we pull this off and play to the same high tempo as last season with this extra quality, this could really be some turnaround from the turgid shite we have witnessed for so long. Those who go regularly to the games could be in for such an exciting period for us. I must say I will be quite jealous! Maybe one day when all my brood are older I can justify the expense of live football again.

I would like to see Brazilian flags down VP this season.

Christ the Redeemer statue unveiled outside the refurbished North Stand.

The half time entertainment should feature Capoeira performers.

Beer will be removed from the menu and replaced by Caipirinha.

It will be like watching Brazil 🇧🇷

Agreed TV.
I watched the interview and thought he looks a natural leader.

Think of the lift in morale for our squad right now. Ok panning Walsall isn’t a celebration moment but it builds confidence. But now to roll into Bodymoor today to find not did we secure Trezeguet the night before but now Douglas and hopefully soon Marvellous. They must just on cloud nine

I can’t believe all that’s happening ! Although really excited, why do we need marvellous, Luiz on top of HOURIHANE with new contract plus Konsa and Engels can play dfm..... we are still extremely light in quality no 9 position after Wesley and big part Kodjia

So why do we need so much money spent on dfm ?

Luiz really would be the only natural defensive midfielder at the club. Hourihane does a job in the championship but that's not his game, Nakamba is more a box to box and Konsa and Engles, like you said can play there but it's not their natural position.

The signings may come in no particular order Daz.

We’ve replaced Whelan and Jedi with Douglas and Marvellous both of whom appear to be better than our existing midfielders.  This means we’ve upped the squad standard and not just the starting 11.  No need to juggle 3 or 4 positions just because one player is out.

The last time I saw two Brazilians in the same window I was in Amsterdam.

I would like to see Brazilian flags down VP this season.

Christ the Redeemer statue unveiled outside the refurbished North Stand.

The half time entertainment should feature Capoeira performers scantily clad samba dancers.

Beer will be removed from the menu and replaced by Caipirinha.

It will be like watching Brazil 🇧🇷

Fixed.
