I'm hoping he announces that the Tories are gonna win the next General Election. 😉

Ron Toss no longer has the inside track on local football, he lost that when his employers ditched local football coverage.

Really happy with this one, I think this was the most important position to fill this summer and from what I've seen Douglas is exactly the sort of player I was hoping for.

Exciting options in the centre of the park, something we probably haven't had since Barry, Petrov, Milner, Delph etc. Really puts good competitive pressure on John and Conor, the latter I think might struggle to hold down a regular place.

Here's to a successful long loan  ;)

Would it be wrong to call him deadly?

What a mature young man. And I didn’t even realize he won Player of the Tournament for Brazil this summer. Awesome

Agreed TV.
I watched the interview and thought he looks a natural leader.

This could be the best one of the summer, not just for us, but in the whole league. Looks to have a lot about him, can dictate the pattern of play, exciting times.

Hands up! It was me who quoted Tom Ross yesterday.
#mental note to self: stop listening to twats like him and definitely don't quote him..
Welcome to the Villa Douglas Luiz. I'm very happy about this one. He sounds like a real prospect.

Really impressed with this signing, and his attitude seems spot on.

I might just get my thinning head of hair braided in his honour.
