It was a dirty, late challenge that did him. Hause is a decent replacement but having two lefties at centre half makes us very narrow.

Hopefully it's nothing serious.

He came out before the rest of the team before the start of the 2nd half yesterday to try it out.  After one run across the 18 yard box in front of the North Stand, he signalled to the physio it was no good and went down the tunnel holding his hip / side.

Hopefully the fact that he thought he could run it off means the physios were happy to let him try, which means it's likely it's only a soft tissue injury - dead-leg style - and only a short spell out.

I saw a Yanited fan on Twitter calling Konsa arrogant. There was no trace of irony.

He's had his nose busted and been put out of the game and neither resulted in a yellow card

My immediate concern was that it was similar to Ratboy getting one in the kidney.

Any truth in the rumour Konsa might be out for Weds. or should I file it along with Emi B getting stretchered off against Molde?

Apparently he faces a late fitness check before the Leeds game. Steven Gerrard should shed more light on this today at the pre-match press conference....

If Konsa is out, maybe Chambers will start the game?

I like Ezri, but he was absolutely fucking dreadful tonight. Terrible performance.

That is the worst I have seen Ezri play tonight, not like him at all.

He's been underwhelming this season.  Thought we had an absolute gem last year, not so sure now.

Is he out for one or two games?
