Anyone had their membership gifts yet? I renewed my lads in November, hoping it would be here for Christmas, but nothing yet?

Renewed at end of August but received nothing yet. In previous years it had arrived by now.

Yep. Nothing. Although I have low expectations. My membership didn’t auto renew as my card had expired. When I realised I renewed immediately so I must have had a month max of no membership. The club wouldn’t give me the membership points that would have allowed me to get a season ticket this year. It’s on me but felt a bit poor form.

"Thank you for contacting membership services. I do apologise for the inconvenience. The welcome pack team is adding the final touches to the packs, and all members of the 2025/2026 season should receive their packs early next year. I understand that this wait can be frustrating. However, we are committed to making the packs as amazing as possible to provide you with the best quality. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please also note that the welcome pack will be sent to you, and once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification or tracking details via email, if eligible. I hope this helps 🙂 And we hope you enjoy your pack when you receive it."

Pleasure, I'd been wondering too.

A welcome pack more than halfway through the season is an interesting take.

Dear Villan,

We know you will be eagerly anticipating your 2025/26 Membership welcome pack, and whilst we can’t wait for you to see it, we had hoped your pack would be with you sooner.

We’re committed to delivering the highest standards in everything we do, and we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a pack that truly reflects what it means to be part of the Villa family and ensure every detail meets the standard you deserve.

We can confirm that you will receive your pack from March 2026. We hope receiving your pack will be more than just a delivery, but an experience you’re proud to be part of. We’ll be in touch closer to the time with further details.

6 months hard work, it should be absolutely brilliant !

Delivered by March .

You would assume most people buy these memberships on a season by season basis, so to not receive your "welcome pack" until virtually the end of season is abysmal.  Club should be reimbursing members 50% at least

Plenty of free gifts every game if you're prepared to go hospitality/GA+. Just shows how much they fuck over the everyday fan

It’s not great but I’m a member so I can get tickets before general sale, now you also need to be one to get a better chance of a ST. I would think that’s the primary reason that most are members, the gift is a bonus so think the need for a refund is wide of the mark.

I’m sure you’re right, I’m always pleased to receive it but if you’re only joining to get the gift you’re wasting money.

Out of interest, what have the juniors had as gifts previously?

My lad got a Villa Pack Back and 3 badges and table mat for cup last year.

Same we both got email saying gifts will arrive in March.

^^ That sounds pretty good, I was just wondering as I presumed youngsters wouldn’t find much use for a hot drink travel cup!
