For all the good things the new owners have done, lots of stuff behind the scenes is still really, really poor.

Mine arrived yesterday too. I never eat or drink in the ground so not sure how useful the card is for me.

I know they are freebies but the pump for the kids ball didn’t even last long enough to inflate it before falling apart.

I've never had a house purchase that took as long as it has for the club to send out this plastic card.

Claret Membership arrived whilst I was away on holiday. Can’t be sure of the date of posting or arrival but friend who ordered a week or so after mine still hasn’t received hers yet.

I’ve registered a birth, applied for, and just received my daughter’s passport (in Brexit impasse Britain) during the time you lot have been waiting.

They’ll surely have to close the C&B members scheme for the time being, as we must have reached 9k, now. Lpool sold out in C&B members window. 30k sth, 9k C&B members and 3k away fans, 42k total.

The thing that jumped out at me for that is there's now even different tiers for Claret members based on booking history.

It's great we're selling out every game, but you do have to wonder about the long term impacts of it being impossible for floating fans to get a ticket.

Not all claret members can even get a ticket, so we've gone way over 9k.
