Where were those fuckers when we were playing Rotherham? (Watching it on red button like me, probably).

Still cardless. Is it because I don't pay taxes in the UK?

Just spoke to the ticket office and the problem is there were not enough cards printed as they didn't anticipate the demand. They also don't know when the next batch of membership cards will arrive so will continue to hurry up and wait for them.

The latest response to an e-mail from me  -

We apologise for the delays in sending out membership cards. We have experienced persistent printing problems, but these have since been resolved. Printing and delivery has been well underway for some days now - we are prioritising those that have been waiting longest. We have thousands to get through, but our team are working hard to get these out as quickly as possible. I am unable to put a date on when this will be delivered to you, as it is a manual process.

In the meantime, you can still access tickets in the members' sale window and use the ticket voucher benefit of your membership card, as these benefits are linked to your fan ID rather than the physical card.

We're sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in the meantime.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Kind regards,

Rob

Picked up the captains kit yesterday. Have to say fair do’s it's billion times better than I expected. Was anticipating some shit in a plastic bag but the boot bag is decent and my little girl is chuffed with it.

Both my two were too. It was a struggle getting the cable ties off after my 7 year old had done them tight after spending the first half trying to get into it!!

Haha yeah same! Immensely frustrating trying to remove it with my house keys before the game without elbowing anyone in the face!

My nephew loves his but was somehow most excited to find that he is ‘Part of The Pride’ now!

He is a marketing man’s dream!

Oh yes. My son was delighted to be Part of the Pride a couple of seasons ago. It cemented him in though, he could have ended up at Palace. His first ever game was a friendly at Palace - they were crap, but he came away interested. I realised that not only did I need to get him to the villa but that it wasn't much pricier than Palace, even with the train fare from Croydon included. His second game was the 3 0 thumping at Fulham in 2018. He had to stand on the seat to see, but his Part of the Pride hoody sealed it and he wouldn't support anyone else now. My daughter got in on the action last year.

Have you noticed how ‘Part of the Park’ seems to have slipped away quietly?

As does "Part of the Pack" or "No sign of the Pack" "The Parts` not in the Pack" "The Packs` not in the Post"

I felt like that after all that wait and it's only posted in a letter they could have done that a lot quicker if they was only sending them out like that.
