Mings is solid enough, but makes mistakes. Luiz can be really good, but lacks consistency. Buendia has a lovely touch and magic feet, but gives the ball away too much, and so on. It was tempting to blame everything on the previous manager, but now we've got a new super European coach with lots of success on his CV, and the players are still pretty much as inconsistent as they've always been.
