I know there's a thread about the lows of being a fan....

But if we lose today, and the Hull fans are singing "You're getting mauled by the Tigers" (complete with mauling tiger hand gestures) , that might be the new low.

Having said that, I'm really hopeful there will be a reaction today. 2-1 win for us.

Bowen is their best player and Grosicki is decent. Other than that I'd struggle to name another player they have? Jackson Irvine and he isn't available (playing in Asian Cup for Australia).

If our wingers play well then we should win.

I always think the first 15 minutes is a bit of a bellwether for us at home. Everybody is hoping for that response that's desperately needed.

Please no Whelan.

Grosicki and Bowen will be extremely dangerous against our donkey full backs, they're very good players.

I really like Grosicki, he works hard as well.

As for that Mauled buy the Tigers, I quite like it. It's just a bit of fun. Couldn't we sing Mauled by the Lions back at them?

They haven't done it for years, so I assumed against Leeds it was done out of irony, what with Leeds being such big, hard rufty-tufty, proper fan types. Made me laugh any way.

I'm right though, Grosicki is a decent player.

I like Grosicki too, looks too good to be playing at this level.

Keep bigging him up, lads. It’s a surefire way of cursing him to have a mare today.

My heart sinks when I see Whelan, Bjarnason or Taylor starting. Trouble is, the squad is so unbalanced it’s hard to leave them all out.

Grosicki and Bowen are good and with our fullbacks that’s scary.

He can only play what he’s got left from the previous idiot. Whelan has had some decent games and BB looks out of sorts currently . Unless Jedinak comes in I don’t see a better option....unfortunately for us all

Not sure how this will go. I think we'll come out 'strong', go behind from a goal in 15 -20 mins, we equalise just before half time. Very nervy 2nd half, but we get another ~75, and it all gets a bit sticky to the end.
