I see England, having the chance to put a days play into a 35 year old quick bowlers legs decided instead to take the option of demonstrating why 20/20 is not suited to Test cricket. 12/5 ffs.

We have to challenge the stumps more. Labuschange and Smith have been able to leave too much and we have less than zero margin given the batting “effort”.

If we can get the other bowlers looking as dangerous as Jof the game is still on here. His first wicket was almost unplayable that early in the innings and the 2nd was a superb line and length to batsman who are trying to leave most.
