Hell of a partnership broken. Still a lot of work to do.

True, but with the follow-on blocked I think this is definitely Englands day after the first 15minutes. As Lee said earlier we'll hopefully get to within 100 of them now and from there will still have plans on how to win the game.

Poor collapse after a brilliant partnership

The scorecard is insane. Absolutely nothing besides Brook and Smith. 4 ducks on this pitch is very very poor

Well outside Brook and Smith this has been shocking.

I agree with others, apart from Brook and Smith, who were absolutely brilliant, the rest of them have been bloody awful. Six ducks and the top score of 22 is a shocking performance.

One brilliant partnership aside, pathetic performance from England in this match.

Poor decision to bowl first, very very poor from the bowlers (woakes maybe can be upgraded to average). Then horrific from the top order and everyone besides Brook and Smith.

The lower order and tail owe a massive performance with the ball after that pathetic collapse now.

Forgive my ignorance of the modern game. Is the follow-on no longer a thing?

They don’t tend to take it, but in Tests it’s 200+ behind.

If we can't take wickets in these conditions then we never will

Lights are on and overcast. Woakes and Carse are trying out the middle of the pitch......

Decent ball from Tongue to get Jaiswel in fairness, though it may be more a case of taking him by surprise after a rank full toss and then 3 juicy half volleys.

Carse and Woakes have bowled poorly in this spell considering its the first time in the match that the bowlers have had anything in the conditions to work with.

I turned off just before the woakes wicket to go shopping, I'm very disappointed with the tail there, we should've had 450+ and to leave smith hanging in the 180s is a shame as his knock deserved a double ton.

From there I'm not really sure what the plan is for India now, they've come out swinging and I don't know if that's a good call or not, I guess it depends if we can get any more wickets.

I think the bowlers have been pretty poor. Missed their length and line lots.
