Hadjuk player scores amazing opening goal but his team still lose 1-2. Both Osijek goals (as well as another which was ruled out for offside) were scored from follow-ups after Kalinic palmed the ball into dangerous areas.

I still have nightmares about his debut against Swansea in the FA Cup...

We were due a bargain goalkeeper transfer in Emi. Just about makes-up for the wastes of money on Kalinic, Heaton, Gollini, Given....can't remember who we had in the sticks during the Lambert years...Guzan still, was it?

Harsh to call Heaton a waste of money, he was perfectly reasonable before he got Burnleyed.

I assume you meant Nyland instead of Heaton?

No way Heaton can be in that group, he was excellent & looked the right keeper for us before he got hurt

Very harsh on Heaton, I agree.  I think Eamonn is suffering with the whole JG situation and is letting it hang out at the wrong targets.

He wasn't really Burnleyed was he. Injured himself in making a save as I recall, rather than being assaulted like Wes.

Heaton cost £8m, probably more than half that again in wages and he played a total of 20 games for us. To me, that's a waste of money regardless of his quality. He's a decent goalkeeper but we barely got to experience any of it.

Can't remember. As it's Burnley, I just assumed there was some brutality involved. Probably racism, too.

Gone. Good luck to him but, being honest, he will be one of those you can't remember in those "Missing Men" quizzes in a few years.
