31 in a couple of weeks. He's probably entering the last part of his prime and the last stage of his Villa career now. We need to cherish him while we've got him.

Managed right he can go in for a good few years yet. He’s never had express pace and his reading of the game could make up for a reduction in stamina

His  uncanny ability to lever his body between ball and opponent is sometime worth half a yard.

The fourth goal against Celtic comes to mind.
