He’s shit. Scotland have mostly played the likes of San Marino. Get rid.

We need two big improvements on JM and Doug, give JJ the chance to realise his potential, and keep Coutinho. The rest are fine as squaddies.

The good thing is we’ll get decent offers for those two, especially McGinn as other teams and fans don’t seem to realise he’s just not very good.

Slightly odd to be giving pelters to J McG today given the shit show by our central defenders and strikers.

No, but he’s crap nearly every week.

It’s the McGinn thread.

Don’t rate our strikers. However, I’d be interested to see our defence playing behind a midfield that actually exists.

He was the worst player on the pitch.

if we want to get towards the top 6 then McGinn and a few others need moving on and replacing with better.

He is part of a collective, therefore, yes it is his fault.  Same as the rest of them.

John McGinn loves to give the ball away in dangerous areas. He isn't good enough.

I don’t know if he’s not good enough, but he has been playing desperately poorly for a while. He has to be dropped, it’s not helpful for players to know they’ll start irrespective of how poor they’re playing.

Complete liability on the ball in defensive areas.

My least favourite player at present. Either play him where he's most effective, or drop him.

Yes. I can't recall a single player that gifts the ball to our opponents in such damaging areas with such obscene regularity.
