My opinion is that he needs to be rested for the lesser games (as in tonight).
Just can't risk him

Bigger risk not getting the points.

I favour trying to get a lead tonight then resting him. Perhaps give Angela some time to try and attract a buyer?

I think his yellow card situation is more pressing than his health.

Rest Whelan or Jack if anyone tonight IMHO. Not McGinn, he's not the one that's out of sorts over the last few games

You could name a case to rest Whelan, certainly for one of the Easter double-header. Resting McGinn though in the prime and the form of his career would he mental.

Magnificent performance tonight. Again.

Can you imagine him as a kid? "Time for bed now John. You must be tired." As little Johnny smiles before running around for another 92 continuous hours.

Never ever stops working. Superb.

I feel somewhat guilty at having to split my man love between John and Jack.

He was completely knackered towards the end and yet kept going. I love him.

We didn’t have ten men tonight as we still have SJM who is worth two players. What a second half he had.

What a fucking player this guy is. He's Gareth Barry with a Milner engine.
