He may not score as many goals as Connor but we look a far better balanced team with him in midfield.
First live viewing, pretty impressed.A real tigerish presence in midfield and good quality on the ball.Way he's been so far is what I thought we were getting when we signed Hourihane.Fancy him to score on Saturday.

I could see that stamp on the half way line from the Holte End but that prick Moss couldn't see it from 20 yards away.Lino missed it as well from about 15 yards away

If you remember the incident, Mile Jedinak fell over, got up and then smashed Neal in the back of the head so, if they are looking at retrospective for Neal, then we'll do so for Jedinak.
The only questions I have is how did we get him for a such cheap price and why were no other English teams in for him.
I wonder if that game and Smith's defence of the indefensible marks the point at which Smith ceased to be a contender for the Villa job. Defending his own player can be seen as loyalty. Attacking a Villa player tit for tat smacks of narkiness, a side of Smith not widely known. Did not do his career prospects much good I suspect.
Fair play to Smith. He's obviously a Villa supporter, trying to get Jedinak suspended.
