Nice to see someone in the crowd made £25,000 as a result, too.

Particularly nice as the ticket was a 75th birthday present from his son. He's from Tamworth, wonder if he's a Villa fan.

He either gets knocked out first up or gets to the final. A bit like Villa in the FA Cu ...oh shit

Magic by Brecel. Obviously, because I'm a Ding fan. It's been that sort of day/week/millennium.

After being congratulated on Celtic's title win, Higgins said 'we're 54 ahead of our nearest rivals'. Poor Hazel Irvine didn't get the joke as she said it was title No. 55. I could see CDBF nodding approvingly/shaking his head in the background.

That was a great match.

Just watching Judd v Murphy. Jane insisted on watching the start of the London Marathon, so I missed Murphy going into a 2 frame lead in about 35 mins only to tune into a 40 minute cat and mouse safety.

Trump just got his hundredth century of the season and bagged himself £100k. Looking good to go 10-6 up against Murphy as well.

Judd just blew Murphy away there over the last three frames. Brilliant performance.

It's mad that people can make a hundred centuries in a season. Alex Higgins made 87 in his entire career. Ray Reardon made 54 and he won six world titles. I get that they play more matches nowadays but, even so, ridiculous standard.

That's what Mr Google tells me. They're definitely both under a hundred according to this well-maintained list...
