Don't recall Amavi, Ayew or Veretout making total fools of themselves on laughing gas. Or pictured on the piss mid season, when we had the small matter of trying to stay in the top flight to contend with. Leave that to the In ger Lund professionals who don't need to even train, such is their pashun for the game. What else does anyone need.

All of the 2015/16 vintage bear some responsibility for us going down, but the foreign lads are the least culpable.

Then there was the tens of matches where he loped around without a care in the world, opting not to break into a sweat.

What a ******. He's fucking useless.

Quote

“Micah Richards is a stick-on if he is fit.

“He has the right mentality.

No Steve, no.

Wow.

That's pretty staggering.

They all think they'll be the ones to turn this player or that player around. He won't ofcourse.

Richards like Gabby is very poor, horrendously overpaid, horribly overrated with an attitude that completely infected the club and got us here in the first place.

It's sad that they are both still leeching a wage from the club quite frankly.

We'll get bent over in the potting shed again I reckon.

Anything better than a 1 goal defeat will surprise me, if I'm totally honest.

At some stage we are going to get it right and stop the rot. Huddersfield Wolves Blackburn &Sheffield Wed have all won at SJP this season. It's by no means a fortress. I'm going for a rot stopping 1-1 draw.

I think we just may benefit from playing a game where we sre not expected to win.

Charming. For readers who may not be familiar with the vagaries of football bants I believe Robbo is suggesting that Villa's fixture at St.James' Park  may result in a comprehensive defeat for the visitors.

Nothing to say about the upcoming game, but in nit-picking mode should the thread title not be "This lot again", "That" implies a team that is not Aston Villa, does it not?

Them: lots. Us: None

This 'rivalry' is utter drivel isn't it. I remember being slightly amused that a club as big as Newcastle had put up such little fight in going down (oh, how we learnt eh) walking out the ground and never thinking about it again, I even bought a Geordie a pint in the King Edward. Most of my mates are Villa fans and Newcastle just don't register or come up in conversations at all, nor should they. Who makes this shite up?

I think Bruce will at some point come good and start a winning run but I don't think it will begin Monday.

Bruce can fuck off with his Gormless Fatty and Richards love in. They're both crap, they're both wankers, they're both injured half the time and they both should have been bombed out in the summer.

I think that Henri Lansbury will go down with a 'mystery virus' at the team hotel prior to kick off.

That's not the first time you've suggested Lansbury won't fancy playing up there. Why is that?

Maybe if you weren't so far up your own Everybody's Favourite Club/Bestest Supporters in the World arses nobody would have been all that bothered. Maybe if you didn't keep dragging it up, all this would have been long forgotten. Maybe.

Well, apart from the fact that your fellow Villa fans bring it up, your local papers bring it up and your twitter hardmen bring it up.

Apart from them, maybe it would have been forgotten. Maybe. ;)

p.s. that "everyone's 2nd favourite club" wasn't invented by us, or accepted by us, it was invented by Sky and seems to persist purely because it rankles with fans of clubs like Aston Villa. None of us much give a shit.

Of course you don't. And of course you don't bring it up. Possibly it's some other grudge you refer to earlier. Either way, if you don't care about us, why are you on here?
I said we didn't care about you. Now, because of one member of your fanbase's oddness the consensus on Tyneside has changed.

I signed up to this site to see your opinions on the Championship, on players, on fixtures, on Bruce, and so on. I would have signed up to Villatalk as well, but they're less welcoming.

Ha ha ha, ONE Villa fan's 'oddness'?! Get a grip.

'Sake.  ::)
