I knew about the shitting into a cup, but wasn't aware of the involvement of a wardrobe. Are you saying he shat into a cup on the floor, from atop a wardrobe? Pretty impressive aiming, if so. Disgustingly impressive.

I think it was a wardrobe but it was definitely from a height.

Thinking about it, anyone can shit in a cup without the involvement of height, factor in distance and gravity and it's a whole new ball game.

It'd certainly liven up Britain's Got Talent.

That's exactly right.

It got a mention in the World Cup thread as well:

Stone me, Steve Harrison has just popped up on BBC Breakfast, they are asking him about his time with Southgate at Palace. I'd ask him about something completely different.

"Steve, was it apparent from early on that Southgate's intelligence marked him out as a future manager, and importantly, how do you shit into a polystyrene cup from the top of a wardrobe".

Idea for a new television show, Two Girls, One Cup, featuring Steve Harrison.

My wanders in these instances to the inception of the idea and the process involved in refining one's skills.

Peen was the very devil for faecal formulations, curling one out and cupping other chaps'  slenders.

And utterly tedious as I recall.  Don't encourage a come back.

Was it a wardrobe? I thought it was a 6 step aluminium step ladder.

I heard he defecated on someone's laptop for shits and giggles, but it might have been in one of the Ross O'Carroll Kelly novels.

I'd forgotten about him, H&V's most tedious poster ever.

His ode to Emile Heskey was pretty good.

One minor thing that may explain a thing or two to our wonderful management team is Bruce trusts more Calderwood on the bench than the more progressive and attacking Agnew.

You can lead a donkey to water..
But a pencil has to be lead
