I shall be popping all of me into the Barton's with all of my younger son, but perhaps you mean Deano, Stuart.

I did. But I shall see you later then Brian. Be up there for about 12.

12 miles of roadworks at Worcester.

Yep, them's fun.

For the Boro game it took me about an hour longer than normal.

Last Friday afternoon in order to get to Stafford, rather than sit on the M5 near Droitwich for an hour, I drove from 'Nam via Evesham and Alcester onto the M42 and then north of Brum on the M6 Toll.

According to Beeb travel, the traffic thro' the roadworks is flowing fine northbound at the moment (southbound is jammed).

However, I'll probably still set off from the Forest at 10:30 and take a book to read whilst either stuck in a jam or stopped having a coffee

I'm coming up for this one, I have no idea what to expect. Heart says Elphick coming back will make a big difference and a decentish crowd will encourage the team on to a  win. Head says they'll come to stone wall, bully us and win with a goal from a defending or goalkeeping mistake as opposed to anything they do themselves.
Sod it, the heart wins, 3-1 Villa and Gestede to get a brace with two headers from corners.
the only flaw with your prediction is that for it to happen, we'll need to win two corners. Bit of a long shot maybe?

I just hope the players have a little look around the dressing room before the game and one or two of them spot a pair of bollocks. If by chance this happens, some of them may realise we are now playing Rotheram Effing United and we may win. If not, well they might as well pack in this football lark and go and do something else.

Apparently the M6 Jn6 roadworks have completed sooner than expected and there should be no weekend road closures this weekend, so I'm going to risk going my normal route in the hope I can exit at Jn6 to Park Circus. Still night time closures and restrictions on the Expressway so probably need a new route home.

Is Chester able to play?  Despite the first two results this season, I'm heading to B6 with some expectations.

Elphick and Chester already sounds a better centre back pairing than any we have had for years.

Dr.Tone had the players in for a pep talk yesterday.
There are pictures of Tommy at Villa Park yesterday getting involved in sorting out the entrance music for the players.

I know it's all tosh compared to winning games and being successful of the pitch, but bloody hell, it's good to see that there are people at the club who now care. People who are bothered enough to care about the little things.
Such a refreshing change rather than seeing players spitting chewing gum and smoking shisha pipes.
