Never heard of him. My knowledge of kids TV is from being a kid in the seventies and eighties and then being a father since the late nineties. I would say I am ignorant on the years between about 1985 and 1998. Although for some reason I remember the days when Ant of Ant and Dec fame was blind.

To be honest My Kids TV knowledge is the same 70s and 80s, so I don't even know how I know that.
