I'm phoning Nicky Keyes tomorrow.

did you have a dry turkey too?

I'm hoping she can give us some calming words from the General, something along the lines of how it will all be alright and how much he and his mate are hurting.

No one can seriously be surprised. Its the hope thats killing you all - I'd bet my house now we are going down.

The good news is that I am one of the few who believe it might be the turning point, whereas another survival by the skin of our teeth will just prolong the averageness. Lets go down, clear out, give Remi some serious support, and then with a winning season, we come back and stick the laughs back down their throats.

Averageness? There's nothing vaguely average about this club. It's a shithouse. And this is what's really painful. Shit teams are one thing. But this whole club has become shit. As much as it sickens me to say it, Ian Holloway was right.
Spot on.

Some good stuff being played for the last 15    minutes. A mist shroud is descending though.

Why did we not start the game playing like this?
because Arse hadn't taken their foot off the gas?

But we weren't hounding their defenders to start with, we were sitting back and letting them cross the HW line at will.

I understand where you are coming from but fear we wont bounce back. It's a hard league to get out of and we coudl be joined by Sundeland and Newcastle wo also feel they should bounce back.

I bumped into her in the Bartons when they were planning the Holte Pub renovation. She said I could always give her a ring if I had any problems with tickets. I'm ringing her tomorrow about the team.

According to the latest update on BBC Sport we've had 15 shots to their 4! :o Are they including long range passes as shots by mistake? ::)

They are missing a decimal point. It is 1.5 shots to their 4

Why did we not start the game playing like this?

The "fuck it" mentality only kicks in when we've already lost the game.

And the other team have relaxed

Thing is we've competed this half, but we already killed ourselves with the first half.
