It's easy with hindsight, not such an easy decision at that moment when losing at home in the cup to a side three divisions below us. If he'd taken Adama off and we'd lost, he would have been absolutely slaughtered for it. Just read an article on Adama which says he is on a basic £40k a week which is so heavily incentivized that he could earn up to £75k a week given a set number of appearances.
