I hate this fixture. The Witton upper will be full of the usual clueless tourists, taking photos and selfies every 5 friggin seconds. At the corresponding match last season, some prick in front of us filmed the whole match. Not the corners and free kicks, but the whole thing. Wanker.

I was in London today and from a cafe watched a young Japanese woman in a sars mask spend 20 minutes videoing a red post box. Our capital city has become a theme park overrun by tourists.

I can beat that.

I was driving through Warwick the other day and saw a group of Japanese tourists walking down towards the castle entrance in sars masks.

Mind you, they'll have come in handy to filter out the extra pollution the council have caused by introducing those truly fucking ridiculous obstructions to the flow of traffic on the High Street.

Right, kids?

*raises fist*

I was stood at the top of the Holte steps (as is my wont) taking in the views prior to going in for the Arsenal match, when a group of Japanese tourists came up the steps, several wearing SARS masks. Although thinking about it it could just have been protection against the stench of the football being served up at VP lately.

I'm a ST holder and annually give this one a miss ever since that 1-4 under MON. That was the day I realised we will never beat them again.

Erm... we beat them in 2009.

Ashley Young = "hero"?

I think it was tongue in cheek.

Whatever the outcome I hope everybody enjoys being in the presence of Michael Carrick. Something you'll be able to tell your grandchildren about one day.

I've only just got over the humbling experience of seeing Harry Kane at Villa Park.  You know, the Harry Kane that Sky and the London media are constantly raving about.  With two league goals all season, it's not not hard to see why.

Sorry I know it's Christmas and we're all meant to be cheery and that, but I just can't see past the ritual 0-3 humiliation in this one, especially as they look to be finally cranking up the gears, whereas we're just grinding ours trying to find 2nd. ******.

We will play them off the park for 30 mins, go a goal up.

Goes without saying we will lose 1-3 with their annoying as fuck fans pouring on to the pitch when the third goes in. I will hate it, get pissed off and not watch match of the day or any football for a week.

Same as it has been for 20+ years.

Thought it was 95 in the league, "You'll never win anything with kids" match.  We did beat them in the Cup under Gregory think that was late 99.

Might be struggling to make this, I've been roped into working the weekend in Bolton. Along with other posters, I'm not a fan of this game, twunts everywhere who think they own the place. But if we win, I'll be gutted at missing it. Do a late one Friday and sod off about 11 on Saturday, or resign myself in advance to avoiding the annual capitulation; what to do, what to do....

Benteke in top form could end the Carrick at centre half experiment in spectacular fashion.

Call it blind optimism but I think we are going to do them on Saturday
