I'm a ST holder and annually give this one a miss ever since that 1-4 under MON. That was the day I realised we will never beat them again.
I am going Saturday though and will be north lower showering a load of bile and abuse on the glory hunting hoardes (whilst keeping one eye on Carrick obviously ;-) ).
I expect a gut wrenching defeat snatched from the jaws of victory but and it's a very big but, you never know .

Exactly my point. Sycophantic sh*t, the likes of which should not be on Pravda.
Didn't they refer to Tottingham as the "north London aristocrats " last year ! Where do they get this shit from

I hate this fixture. The Witton upper will be full of the usual clueless tourists, taking photos and selfies every 5 friggin seconds. At the corresponding match last season, some prick in front of us filmed the whole match. Not the corners and free kicks, but the whole thing. Wanker.

I was in London today and from a cafe watched a young Japanese woman in a sars mask spend 20 minutes videoing a red post box. Our capital city has become a theme park overrun by tourists.

For God's sake Villa, just win this bloody match. Don't care how you do it, just win. I hate these tossers more than any other club. I live and work in Manchester and for a long time now this game has become an annual nightmare. Just for once Villa, take the match to them. Defensively they're no great shakes. Give us an early Christmas present Villa, and shut these glory hunting bustard up. Please!  Did I say I hate Man Ure?

Same in the Trinity middle...except the boxes will be rammed with the Yanited prawn sandwich brigade, smiling smugly whilst punching the air with limp and flabby wrists, bulging bellies and shiny hair on show.
Girl two seats away kept squealing and screaming like a 3 year old throughout the game - her mum explained she was so excited because this was the first time she'd seen Yanited that season - she was at Uni in Brum because she wanted to get to Yanited games. (???!!!???)
Yes, I know....I also asked the obvious...so, why didn't she go to Uni in Manchester?
The look I received totally confirmed what the other half has been telling me for years...

I know completely F**K ALL!

Whatever the outcome I hope everybody enjoys being in the presence of Michael Carrick. Something you'll be able to tell your grandchildren about one day.

We could save a bob or two on the floodlights by turning them down and basking in the glorious glow emanating from the awesome genius that is Michael Carrick.

He is a very good player, though.

If Footballer's Footballer Michael Carrick is injured before the game, I hope we applaud for him for all 90+ minutes to show  our appreciation of him. Because a minute just won't do him justice. #praycarrickplays

Just imagine what England could achieve if only he were English.

If Carrick doesn't play, I'll kick the television in once Match of the Day is on and send the BBC the bill.
