I'd be tempted to keep Richardson in the midfield to play on the left hand side in front of Cissoko. It gives Cissoko the chance to bomb forward then while Richardson covers.

              Guzan

  Hutton  Vlaar  Big Phil  Aly

               Sanchez

        Delph  Richardson

  N'Zogbia    Weimann    Gabby

Subs: Given Bent Grealish Westwood Clark Bacuna Robinson

I think that they will still be affected by their Euro exit last night and won't pose much of a threat. Neither will we.

Can't see any other scoreline apart from 0-0.

I watched one of the worst Villa sides I've seen dispatch this lot last season without trouble, so it's a home win for me.

Yeah but they were probably saving themselves for the FA Cup final.  1-1 for me.

Vlaar and Aly may be out according to the Birmingham Mail with injuries

0-0 for me too, our defence will keep them out and our attackers can't score

5.0 to Villa

Warren Aspinall to run them ragged on the left hand side of midfield before (Black) Andy Gray booms one in from the edge of the area in the dying seconds.

when we were truly in the dumps we beat them relatively comfortably. We'll do so again this weekend and lift the clouds over VP. 2-0

From F365's "It's a Big Weekend for..."

Quote
Paul Lambert
Paul Lambert claimed on Monday that the "feel-good factor" had returned to Villa Park this season after Aston Villa had taken four points from their opening two games, and his side will have gained 18% of their total tally from last season should they beat Hull on Saturday.

Whilst fans will be undoubtedly be boosted by their mini unbeaten league record, it would only be right to offer the other side of this particular coin. On Tuesday, Villa lost at home to League One Leyton Orient and registered one shot on target in the entire match. Four days previously they faced Newcastle, and failed to have a single effort on goal in the match, drawing 0-0. On the opening day they beat Stoke 1-0, again with their only shot on goal. Two shots on target in 270 minutes, and one goal.

It might sound churlish to say, but supporters' biggest concern over Lambert is the tedious dross served up for supporters, particularly at home. Perhaps beggars cannot be choosers, but if Villa could win whilst also offering a modicum of excitement to those watching, a "feel-good factor" may indeed return.

What a stupid kick-off time for a match not on TV.
