El Ahmadi looks a decent player. He's quite nimble and covers the pitch quickly. Seems to read the game well. From the look of it too, though I'm basing this on Youtube, he seems to instigate a lot of attacks when on the ball. Always seems to be available for his team mates to pass to as well. I think if anything he seems like a more techniquely accomplished Nigel Reo-Coker. He's got that engine and a turn of speed. Always running but is able to keep the ball a lot better.
Well, here's hoping. The Prem is a whole other level to the Dutch league in fairness. Nige may look just as accomplished in the Championship.
But I like that its not a usual type of signing for us. He's a little bit of an unknown. I look forward to seeing him and Holman playing.
