Finish off on the south coast with a stint at Weymouth.

Away from the claret and blue tour, I don't think Southampton were that angry when he joined us were they?

A couple of years back there would probably make sense, he's easily got 25 Championship goals in him still.

Callum O'Hare scoring for Sheff Utd tonight in what looks like a pretty comfortable evening for them

A great little touch for his goal.

Benjamin Siegriest was in goal for Genoa against title-chasing Napoli yesterday.  2-2 draw.

Ings and Archer up top should get you top 3 in the championship.

Nearly posted this the other day, but didn't bother in the end. But this is another one. Is it me or are there always ex-Villa youth goalkeepers cropping up in random places in lower English divisions and abroad? Seems a right conveyor belt.

I think a lot was expected of Siegriest until he broke his leg in training.

He's already ticket Burnley off on his claret and blue odyssey. Scunthorpe the next highest-ranked option, they have a playoff tomorrow to get back into the National League.

He's off to Weiche Flensburg I heard.

If he fancies some beef and Malbec he might hop across the Atlantic to join that Argentine club who took inspiration for their colours from us.

Danny Ings will be released by West Ham at the end of the season.
Fans are invited to show their gratitude towards him and the other lads that are being cut from the wage-bill (Coufal, Cresswell etc.) at the Hammers' final home game of the season.

Danny's parting shot will be to rifle home a late winner against Nottingham Forest and help his former claret and blue team reach the Champions League once more.

Danny stole a living there. Daft signing by Moyes at the time. Brave decision from Emery to let him go back then.

They were worried about relegation and urgently needed a striker.

I thought it was a mistake at the time to let him go.
Glad to have been totally wrong. Again.

Ferro Carril Oeste (Western Rail).

There's also a Ferrocarril Midland in Argentina.

Watching that Olly montage, it was interesting to see how much Ings loved it when Watkins scored. Compared with how glum Olly looks when others score.

But we definitely kept the better player, obviously.

Yeah, Ings seemed a decent sort. The problem was he's dropped off a cliff and you could see it at Villa. It was blinding business to get 15m for him.

Ings is a two up front player in a one up front world. Like Cameron Archer.
