I can understand it more with Heaton, a year out with a serious injury and heading into his mid 30s, ManU paying a couple of million a year into your retirement fund is very tempting. It's someone like Stuart Taylor making a full career out of rarely playing I wonder about more.

And he's from the north-west, has spent most of his career in the north-west, has played a decent amount of football. Why not be in and around Cup Final and European squads (which is something he hadn't done until he rejoined Man Utd) and pick up a couple of medals.

I'd take that gig any day over thirty matches a year at Preston for likely less money.

Lost at Leyton Orient after taking a 3-1 lead in the second half.

Never mind.

Zaniolo came on for the last five minutes of Fiorentina's UCL defeat to Betis.

Had no idea he was there, thought he was still at Atalanta.

Sanson scored again for Nice. Was it our one? Did he get a couple against PSG the other week?

Edit: yes to both. Just watched it on YouTube.

Aaron Ramsey had 8 minutes last week and was an unused sub this week. He should be fit for the start of next season but will he be back in the Prem or will Burnley sell over the summer.

No one is buying him after being out for over a year. They bought him when they were a premier league side, and I suspect they'll want to keep him now they're a premier league side.  If he can get back 100% then he's more than capable of playing at the top level.  I'm waiting for someone over there to claim it's like "having a new signing".

Callum O'Hare scoring for Sheff Utd tonight in what looks like a pretty comfortable evening for them

Danny Ings will be released by West Ham at the end of the season.
Fans are invited to show their gratitude towards him and the other lads that are being cut from the wage-bill (Coufal, Cresswell etc.) at the Hammers' final home game of the season.

Danny's parting shot will be to rifle home a late winner against Nottingham Forest and help his former claret and blue team reach the Champions League once more.

Can see him making it a claret and blue hat trick and linking up with Burnley for next season. Then winding his career down with Stockport (or is it Scunthorpe?)

He's already ticket Burnley off on his claret and blue odyssey. Scunthorpe the next highest-ranked option, they have a playoff tomorrow to get back into the National League.
