Would be drowned out by the away fans in the Witton. Not really gonna get songs catching on.

I think the Lower Witton Lane would be a good place. Could make it their own and I don't think that too many poeple would claim that they are a Witton Laner  (or Doug Elliser) in the same way you'd take ownership of your place in the ground as a Holte ender, North Stand (er), or Trinity Rd (er). If you see what I mean.

Bottom, not top, and make the stand your own. Too much history in the other 3 sides and not a great deal in the Witton Lane.

Not a bad shout that, especially if they could get as near to the away fans as possible and drown them out.

Only thing about the lower Witton is that there's zero tv coverage.

True. Although it depends what they are after, creating a better atmosphere at the ground or self-publicity. In any case if they cause a stir I'm sure that any publicity, and tv coverage, would follow.

Upper Trinity is a morgue. Oh for the days of the stamping of feet from the UT as it started off songs. Mind you, last season when all those kids were up there they did more to create an atmosphere for the last 15 mins or so against Wigan than the Holte had for weeks.

Got our own range of travel rugs and flasks out before August.

I think their agenda is to create a better atmosphere at the ground.

It's not a morgue.

It makes morgues look like the Maracana.

It's purely about atmosphere! The older lads want to get back something that recreates the atmosphere the old Holte used obviously it wont be the same. Then the younger lads want to try and witness that sort of atmosphere for themselves.

Ideally we want to make Villa Park an intimidating place to play for opposition players, obviously not the nasty violent intimidating but a wall of noise that gets under the skin of the oppo.

With the festival summer season approaching us, maybe we could go with a bit of this. Better than I just can't get enough ;)

Have you seen her have you heard The way she plays there are no words To describe the way I feel

How could it ever come to pass She'll be the first she'll be the last To describe the way I feel

Now your talking! One of my favourite songs, the hard part is adapting it to Villa or a player.

I fancy a bit of Men at Work - Down Under for our growing Aussie contingent!

They come from a land down under
Herdy blocks and Holman thunders
On your feet, on your feet Holte Enders
They're gonna run, they're gonna score for Villa

No need really to adapt it too one villa player. The "she" being Aston Villa.

*Group Announcement*
As of next season we will be based in section L8. This will give the group a more visible presence, give us an area that is more conducive to tifos and allow the group more space to grow in the future. We'd like to thank all those in L2 who got behind the team so vocally this year and encourage anyone who wants to stay near the group or be in the section next year to relocate to L8. UTV.
