The Bricklayers Arms on other side of Putney Bridge, in Waterman St (200yds along Lower Richmond Road, going West on Sth side) is worth effort. Permanent Real Ale Festival.Otherwise The Crabtree in Rainvile Road is closest to ground.Pubs in Hammersmith are generally nondescript although many sell a good pint of Fullers, London Pride, the local Brewery.
I am trying to work this out as I am coming from Victoria. The way I see it is to get train to Clapham junction, train to West Brompton and walk? Or is it walkable from Victoria?
