Can see Chelski, Man United and Spudz getting through against an ageing Milan side, I think they'll have too much pace.  If anything, Barcelona are better this year than they were when they played Arsenal last year now that they have David Villa settling in instead of Ibrahimovic.

Anyone else see the save Gordon just pulled off from Zat Knight? really is one of those that would be talked about ad inifinitum had it have been a top 4 team keeper. Brilliant.

Talking about Bolton anyone hear the rendition of 'Shit support my lord, and empty seats...'from I think the Blackburn fans against Bolton last week?

Cracking save.

Bit of a boring day's football isn't it? Hoping the African team TP Mazembe can beat Inter in the World Club Cup Final, and get Benitez sacked.

Their goalie has invented a weird 'bum-bounce' celebration...

I have to ask. Has the Lancashire town of Blackburn been moved from it's assumed geographical location to another part of Europe? How did their game vs West Ham survive the snow?

They are  having a bit of an Indian summer there at the moment!
However you are correct the last time I looked there is not a lot between Wigan, Blackpool and Blackburn yet the other two games are off!

With all the suspensions/injuries Wigan have they'd have had one flake and cancelled

Just over 15 miles between the 2 cities.

Freak weather conditions in Wigan, apparently.

The premier league should bring in a rule that says when the rearranged game is played the only players that take part are the ones who were available for the original game. They are playing a non league game @ Fleetwood which im sure isnt a million miles from Blackburn/Wigan and how come Coventry have got there game on and Blues havnt

Stipeyfilth Dogheads off now, as well.

I suppose the winter break debate will be getting another airing.

Luke Moore missing open goals like it's going out of fashion according to Matt Le Tisssier.
