it's a shame today's game was called off as I think it was very winnable. Makes the next 4 games very interesting indeed as they are all against teams in the top 6. It might be a little early to declare this, but this little stretch could really define the rest of our season.

I have to ask. Has the Lancashire town of Blackburn been moved from it's assumed geographical location to another part of Europe? How did their game vs West Ham survive the snow?

Just over 15 miles between the 2 cities.

Freak weather conditions in Wigan, apparently.

Towns.

I'm amazed that the Blackburn game has gone ahead - if only for the state of the surrounding roads.  I've been out this afternoon to go and collect the missus's car from where she left it last night - about six miles from Blackburn.  The roads weren't fantastic.

Whisper it quietly but Leeds, that's dirty Leeds, are up to second in the Championship.

We had 6 inches of snow yesterday in Douglas, the whole town ground to a complete standstill.  3 miles out of town and there was hardly a single flake.  Douglas had another 6 inches or so today, bur where I live less than 15 miles away we've had barely had an inch.

Full scale blizzard in progress at  Ipswich, who are l leading 2-0.  I wonder what the odds are against the game finishing?

Is it right that Balckpool have no under soil heating? Te best league in the world (TM) with blokes on £250k/week but clubs are forced to have basic facilities. Ridiculous!

Brilliant long pass from Darius there. Maybe a second career as an ice hockey player beckons.

You beat me to it. He really is'nt cut out to be a referee, he makes too many mistakes. Letting this game go ahead is surely one too many.

Those are amazing scenes at Ipswich as they attempt to clear the pitch to finish the game.

He's between a rock and a hard place now.

All a Leicester player has to do is a spectacularly bad sliding tackle and it will all kick off.

Sven's face is a picture.

Anyone else see the save Gordon just pulled off from Zat Knight? really is one of those that would be talked about ad inifinitum had it have been a top 4 team keeper. Brilliant.

Truly stunning, and once everyone else has seen it on SSN and MOTD I think it will be talked about.
