No goal has twisted the knife more than the first time Yorke scored for Man Utd.

hate to say it but quite impressed with city so far - 6 english lads in their line up as well, which surprised me

On top of the Barry-Milner lovefest, is anyone else really pissed off to an irrational degree that City are wearing claret and blue socks?

It's been a bad couple of days to be a Villa fan and to see those two in City tops is making me sick to the pit of my stomach. Like watching your best mate smashing the granny out of your Mrs.....

:( Gutted

What ever is the opposite of icing on the cake then that goal was it.

They've been ok against a very average Liverpool team

Even with Torres and Gerrard in their side, Liverpool look a million miles behind Man City, never mind the likes of us and Everton. I've a sneaky feeling this will be Stevie G's final season at Anfield, especially if they don't get a Champions League place.

Yes, for probably the first time ever, I want the Bindippers to win. Did I mistakenly hear the commentator say something about Carragher being an intelligent lad. I'm sure I must have misheard as only a moron would think that?

I missed that, I had the volume turned down. i guess you mis-heard, surely they don't think he is intelligent?...I can't get over the colour of city's socks. I guess imitation is a form of flattery or did the two lads bring them from our training ground? :-(

Despite the efforts of Mr Lerner I honestly think this is the final straw for me. It's just happened far too many times now, this stings beyond belief.

I'm sure a lot of people think I'm being a bit of a drama queen but somebody else mentioned Yorke. That's Yorke, Barry and Milner. ARGUABLY the three best players for Villa since the formation of the Premier League. What's the point if we can't compete anymore???
