Man Citeh and Spuds were both crap today... spuds given all the chances they could of wished for and couldn't put away one of them, Man Citeh created virtually zero chances. Neither will make the top 4.

Well, Spurs have bought no-one and have not strengthened and even if they do qualify for Champions League I cannot for the life of me see how they will prioritise both the league and playing in Champions League where 'onest 'arry is going to have a conumdrum each week deciding who needs to rest etc... They might as well have a crack at Champions League considering it's there first time playing in it for 49 years; it'd be a shame if 'arry did ''A Moscow'' with Spurs.Man Citeh... well, I don't know where to start with them. They can buy all the superstars they like, if every single player in that team of 11 isn't working in a system they all feel comfortable together they just won't get 4th. They're a team of individuals and names right now, to be a team all 11 players need be doing the same thing as a team and look like a team. They're getting into a vicious cycle where if one set of 'superstars' don't perform or aren't deemed good enough, they'll just go out and buy more superstars thinking that'll make everything better... along with getting a new manager. It's not about the players, it's about how they play in a team, as a system that has stragergies and has a manager who can click it all into place. You can't just expect to buy new players all the time and keep chopping and changing the team with new superstars and expect it to work in a flash. They have no stability.
