Great player and best Fullback of all time. Even better than Bronko Nagurski.

Jets have been picked for Hard Knocks. Not sure why it took so long to decide which team would be selected.

Rodgers is said to be pissed off about it, so every cloud....

Battered by the Raiders, but great support. Not Blues in Bruges levels, but oh well.

Trey looked rusty, as expected.

Looking forward to the new season.

Yes. 49ers fan on Scottish Football Forum I go on, said that Lance should have been picked off 3 times, including on his TD pass.

Trey being sent to the Cowboys

Stupid from the Niners. I'm not a massive Shanahan fan. In fact I wish he'd fuck off

Sam Darnold...fucking hell

I'm a very unamused 49ers fan this morning.

Shananhan was spouting some drivel this week that the move for Trey was to keep the QB costings low due to his rookie contract, and suggested that Trey was just used as such. Question would be, why trade up for him if he wasn't going to used and it was always Jimmy G.

I like Purdy and Darnold as back up. Wouldn't surprise me if Sam starts...

I'm not amused at all, mate. I do like Brock, but I would have started Trey, with Purdy as back up for now. After his injury and all that.

We haven't been on it at all in pre season. Getting rid of Trey, and Robbie Gould, also. Bosa needs to sign his new contract soon, as I can see that dragging on and bringing problems.

Shanahan definitely won't be bringing a Super Bowl back to San Francisco. I hate his dreary post match ramblings.

Am not optimistic about the Steelers opener, currently. Oh well, I'm sure it'll be ok 😂

At least they seemed reasonably behaved

Bosa signs. That's massive for us.

Anyway, new season's upon us. Predictions?

Superbowl - heart says Niners, head says Eagles

Dark Horses - Lions / Jets / Ravens

Teams I'd like to see do well (other than my own) - Lions / Bears / Bills

Teams I'd like to see disappear - Packers/ Chiefs / Patriots / Rams

NFL is back! Chiefs Lions tonight. Sounds like Chris Jones is holding out and won't play, so expect the DEF to be bad. Reports of an unhappy camp for the Lions, so who knows with them.

:D

Have amended the original post regarding teams you'd like to see do well.

Fancy the Chiefs to beat the Lions, but you never know in the opening game.
