He has. you had to punt, but then the penalty means you were back to first down.

15 yard penalty for taunting after scoring a touchdown. Imagine if we had that in the BPL.

Basically, if there is a penalty (foul) the punishment is the attacking team move forward, or backwards depending which side fouled, by X amount of yards.
