...allowing supporters to start making plans
I’m going to guess at a completely underwhelming first game. Palace away I think.Damo will be champing at the bit for that one! 😄
Someone away so I don't have to miss our first home game back in the Premiership, please.
I'll predict Southampton at home.
Manchester United at home please, then it will be 1995, all over again :)

Spurs away.
December will be usual of playing top 6 within two weeks. Hopefully we'll be at home at a sensible time on Boxing day.
Is this the first season with the winter break?
Villa v Leicester Sunday then. That will be a good game.
I reckon Everton away. That would great for me and jnr !

Someone beatable at home.
We should really be third, below AFC Bournemouth. We have moved to ball number three in the FA Cup Third Round draw.
Spurs away!
I'd like a nice easy home match. Burnley.
Oh, for the days when there was always a fuss about not being able to publish the fixtures, and we'd get them, and it was proof that Doug had paid us off.You must still counting your money from all those pay offs Dave?!!

Was that in the days halcyon days of Malcom & Robbo etc? Fun times.
Leicester at home - switched to Sunday at 1.30pm.
Handy little source at Comcast has informed me spurs at home. Lpool Norwich and Chelsea united other TV games.
Take of that what you will
Confirmed as Spurs away, Say 10th August, 17:30 kick off.
Why are the three promoted teams away from home on the first weekend?Consipiracy😆

Norwich aside, I don't think it would take a soothsayer to predict that Liverpool, Chelsea and (I assume) Man Utd would have been the television choices.
Just want an away game first weekend. Anywhere.
Because I'm in Birmingham the following weekend.

Bizarre, first and last games of season at new stadiums 🏟
Can't see us dropping any points tbh.
I’ve been in denial until today as theoretically I liked the idea of going up. But when you are confronted with the harsh reality of the fixtures, god, it’s going to be a miserable grind to pick up enough points to survive. I have to confess I rather enjoyed the second division. That's the spirit!

Hope I can get to the August Palace game. Football in the sun...
We need to make sure we are safe by the end of March as I don’t fancy our April and May games. What’s this safe? Do you mean safe from Europa League qualification?
When you look at the names we have to play then it's doesn't seem that bad at all. Bournemouth, Palace, Burnley, West Ham, Norwich, Brighton... hardly the big boys of world football...

Does anyone know when they pick the televised games from second round of games? Would like to get over for the Bournemouth game but don't want to risk booking flights on the (very) off-chance it gets moved to a sunday.
Hope we've got our CL place sorted by mid April with Arsenal, Man U and Liverpool in the last 6 games! We will seal 1st place by beating Utd and condemn them to the championship at the same time. Dream big and chase your dreams!
;)

Have downloaded fixtures to my phone Calendar and they’re all 1 hour out. 🤦🏼♂️

mine has now corrected the times back to 3pm but we've got a really tough December 21st, we're playing both Southampton at home and Watford away that day!!
Next you'd be telling me that being away both first and last game is also a coincidence when we all know it's a conspiracy. Why are the three promoted teams away from home on the first weekend?Conspiracy😆

This is the picture doing the rounds, unlikely it's real though.Begs the question. Why on earth would some dipshit go to the bother?

Tottenham 5 Villa 1 (Jota, pen, 88).Thats the spirit
Also the Spurs game scheduled for 8th February may be played the weekend after. They are splitting a round of fixtures so that all ten games are televised over two weeks.Yes they are introducing a 2 week winter break for the clubs, half will be from 1st to 15th Feb and other will be from 8th to 22nd Feb, which is why the 5th round of the cup, will be moved to March, with no replays.

We might struggle to beat Wolves away.

Sorry for being a Billy no Spine. I guess I should have more faith in Deano who I desperately want to succeed. I think he’s been a bloody marvellous manager and I am loving the rest of the world taking us seriously as a club again. I think it’s just that I’m scarred by that horrible season when we went down and would hate it if it’s like that again. I would just say that I think we need to be patient and realistic in our expectations. We were a distant third after all.
Anyone know how to delete the fixture download & re-try to see of the correction works ?! ThxPut your phone in the microwave for 30 seconds at 750W. That should do the trick.

30/11 /19 and 18/04/20 require particular attention.. .6 points.

I think this is the issue with the top flight. There are 12 matches which are free hits and anything we get is a bonus. Whereas in the Championship every match was winnable.
Different mindset.
We need to scoop up points early in the winnable matches or we'll struggle.
Man U away will be moved, so will Wolves away if they make the Europa League Group Stage.
Stay out of town on 14 December. Plenty of PDA all over the place, kissing, holding hands, singing SOTV etc

It sounds like West Midlands Police have agreed to the German market, Gay Pride and the Small Heath v Smethwick game to all go ahead on the same day.
I see we go to Spurs for our first game and Small Heath go to Brentford. That's the Championship for you.

I've just looked through the fixture list in detail and I still can't find the dates of the Leeds games.
I think it's a public display of affection. Maybe.

Approximately 5th July for the September/October fixtures then roughly two-three months in advance for the rest of the season or one month in advance for the May games.Only just seen this but thanks. Appreciated.

Man United away is bound to be moved as they have a Europa League game the Thursday before. Wolves away will be moved, too, if they make the Group Stage.
