As long as this isn't the marquee wide player signing then I don't mind it too much.
I'm pretty sure if it happens, this is the marquee wide player signing.

I’m still hoping we go back for Rashford, but giving up £350K a week at Man Utd might take more than Unai to convince.

Not really any reason he would be giving up his Man Utd contract.

I wonder how much Rashford wants as a “loyalty bonus” from them

Lots of understandable reservations but he's a very decent player on his day. I think a loan is worth the risk.

Surely if it happens it's all but a permanent signing and part of the Rogers negotiation, however we define it now.

Probably most of the money that they owe him from the contract that they gave him.

That would be pretty indefensible so I'm going to believe that it wouldn't be

He's going to be a £40m player.  I'm not sure what your definition of marquee is, but we won't be signing many players much more expensive than that.

1. Will Chelsea be making a contribution to his wages?
2. Is there an early return clause?
3. If he does well enough, can we/should we/could we excercise the buy option and immediately flip him to a"glamour club" for a tidy profit?

What might Garnacho's arrival mean for Bailey, Guessand and Alysson?

Let's keep it simple this time, and go with a classic...

"We're on the march with Alejandro
We're going to love the Argentine
And we'll really shake them up
When we win the FA Cup
'Cos Villa are the greatest football team..."

I wouldn't mind him as a back up

Think folk are judging him quite harshly. Lad’s only turned 22 this month.
