Well, that's it. We didn't do enough on the night. Can't complain about us getting to a QF, really. Now, get to the final!

England rode their luck and fortunately Nyland turned into the Nyland we remember in the end. Shame as he pulled off a tremendous save from Kane a few minutes beforehand that was glossed over due to the goal.

Surprisingly the heat and humidity helped us as Norway ran out of steam and just didn’t have the squad resources England do. Multiple subs helping the richer teams as in domestic football!

Spence did excellently when he came on, but Norway were already running out of steam by that point. They were totally exhausted by the end.

England's players aren't that brilliant. On reflection, I think Tuchel's doing a fine job.

Funny old game. My view was England totally dominant for first half hour without creating anything, granted. Their goal was a freak, equaliser out of nothing as well (really well taken)
but they rode the wave better and were dominant first half hour of second half. They seemed to lose heart after we eventually stemmed the flow  from 70 odd mins onwards and didn't offer a great deal in extra time. Surely Haaland on one leg is worth leaving on for presence alone.

As well as Norway played apart from an effort, which went just over the bar, they never really looked like getting the equaliser, Jude MOTM by a mile.

Also see the usual stuff about England being shit and/or lucky getting trotted out. Four semi finals in five tournaments. This is the best time in history to be an England fan but some folks can't help be negative.

England were a disjointed mess for most of the game and yet are in the semis.

I thought that too.  It's hardly that he's running all over the place when fully fit.

Can't imagine ever going out of my way to watch Switzerland.

I'm staying up to watch the 'Beautiful Ski Resorts' derby. Hoping for a facile victory for the Albiceleste.

We have rode our luck though. Even today the first Bellingham goal shouldn't have happened as the ball should have been called dead when it hit the camera cable. It wasn't and we went ahead and scored. But the players have also worked really hard for it as well and as the old adage is, you also make your own luck.

A Switzerland win would be very funny and would kill those that view the England team the way a sha fan views Villa.

FIFA have stated it didn't hit anything. Although as Gaz Nev said, "i'd trust Norway players more than I would FIFA".

I don’t think the winner is coming from this side of the group.

I kind of feel, we have got this far, despite Tuchel.

Definitely, to be fair he didnt hold back in his assessment of the performance post game. The cheerleader holding the microphone giving it the whole but we won.

Yep, just seen they have released the Snicko cut of the incident.
