I kind of feel, we have got this far, despite Tuchel.
He had a mare today. A better side would have dumped us out.

Type of luck you sometimes get. He has probably been as jammy as Southgate was.

Tuchel magic there. England were poor.

No Manzambi for the Swiss so I expect Argies to win.

Bellingham was great obviously but shout out to Spence and Anderson. They don't usually get the plaudits but I thought they both did really well

Well, that's it. We didn't do enough on the night. Can't complain about us getting to a QF, really. Now, get to the final!

I'm not invested in watching England as I am with Villa. As a footy fan that was another very average England performance. It's hard to see just how they have made it through to a WC semi final. Tuchel seems very rigid in his team selection and shape. It's the same every game, just relying on a moment from Kane or Bellingham. Glad Rogers got some game time, even as a six. Feel sorry for Ollie as Kane will never get taken off. Ollie might as well just gone on holiday.

Don’t blame him. That Gabriel bloke was an idiot!

Gotta fancy that the top 4 ranked nations will be the 4 semi-finalists.

I though Anderson was awful first half because he was moved up into the 8 due to Rice being injured but playing. Then he was kept there whilst Tuchel tried different formations and only settled when he took Konsa off and had Spence and James back as full backs.

I have thought has a sub, Spence hasn't let the team down. As a starter though... But that seems to be the case for most of the starters on the wing. Eze shouldn't be on the pitch again though.

England rode their luck and fortunately Nyland turned into the Nyland we remember in the end. Shame as he pulled off a tremendous save from Kane a few minutes beforehand that was glossed over due to the goal. But yes the QF is not something to be sneezed at and your country should be proud.
